Greetings Family!  I am working on a special project to ensure that we have the most updated contact information for each of our family members. It may take me a while, but the goal is to have a record of EVERY SINGLE MEMBER, young and seasoned.  Once this information is compiled, it will be used to create a Family Directory of some sort, to be shared with each family household.  Please complete one electronic form per person in your household (deceased and non-deceased).  It's important to complete the form in its entirety as well as provide accurate information. Go ahead and grab a coffee, tea, milk, or whatever it is you like to drink to relax. It may take you a few minutes to complete it for me.
