ARKTESOL 2016 Conference Call for Proposals Form

Arkansas Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (ARKTESOL) is accepting conference proposals for the 2016 ARKTESOL Conference. The conference date is Tuesday, November 1, 2016. The location is the Holiday Inn & Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale, AR.

Keynote Speaker: Linda New Levine

Proposals are being accepted in the areas listed further in the form related to teaching English Learners.

WiFi/Audiovisual

Free WiFi for all attendees is available in the Convention Center.

A/V that will be provided: LCD projector, in-house screen, AV podium, and podium microphone

If you are using a Mac, please bring any video adapters you may need to ensure you have a flawless presentation.

Presenters bring their own computers.

Tech personnel will be available if we need them on the day of the conference.

Proposal Form Process

Please complete each section of the proposal. Once complete, enter submit.

An e-mail concerning the status of your proposal will be sent to Presenter 1 by October 3, 2016. If your presentation is accepted for the 2016 ARKTESOL Conference, you will be notified of the exact time of your presentation and the room number by October 19, 2016.
