Note: In order for an ALTA to qualify for the warranty certificate, it must currently be covered by the original warranty and in the possession of the original owner.

Once you have completed the form below, please send an email to support@freeflysystems.com with a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or paid invoice). The warranty certificate process will not be initiated until this information has been received. Once this form and requested proof of purchase have been received, we will issue you an RMA number and instructions to ship your ALTA in for inspection and testing.

The fee for this service is $595 for the ALTA 6 and $795 for the ALTA 8. This does not include shipping, but will allow for up to $50 of miscellaneous parts replacement during the inspection and testing process. The cost of any additional parts or labor that are required to restore or repair a damaged machine will be quoted and require written approval before the work will be conducted.  

Upon completion of the warranty certificate process, the unit under the serial number listed below will have a transferable 6 month warranty with the same benefits as the original warranty during the covered period.
