STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARDS: Community Service Leader of the Year Award
The Community Service Leader of the Year award recognizes a student of The Ohio State University at Newark or Central Ohio Technical College for outstanding service to the campus and/or the Newark community.

Criteria:

The nominated student has been a member of the campus community for at least two semesters (including this Semester).

The nominated student has demonstrated service on campus and/or in the Newark community.

Recipient receives: A plaque and a $50.00 award.

Provide information demonstrating the nominee's community service on campus and in the Newark community.

Application requirements include one recommendation letter from a faculty or staff member OR a fellow student. (Does not have to be lengthy, but does need to include enough information for the committee to fully weigh the nomination).
