煮流II: 嚐味南法

味道圖書館為秉承透過利用飲食把人和社區拉近的宗旨，將定期為烹飪愛好者帶來「煮流」活動。策展人將帶領參加者走入圖書館、菜市場和廚房，一起吸取靈感至創作及烹煮菜式，於一個下午完全體驗烹飪過程，感受創作樂趣。

味道圖書館內收藏近三千本有關於飲食的書藉，當中不乏世界各地的食譜，希望藉著活動讓大家煮勻全世界，嚐盡各地好滋味！首站我們先到以美食聞名的法國，而是次「煮流」活動即以法國南部菜式為主題！

味道圖書館為大家精心挑選出兩道經典南法菜式，讓參加者參考不同食譜的做法後，再加入個人元素分組烹飪， 利用本地食材，體驗經典南法菜式理念。歡迎各位前來一同嚐味南法，從創意食物中感受獨特的美食之旅！

Cook-munication II: The Taste of Southern France

Ultimate Culinary Experience | Co-Creation & Interaction

If you are someone who enjoys cooking and sharing experiences with others, the “Cook-munication” program series presented by Taste Library is just right for you. Taste Library strives to connect people and community using food, and we believe cooking together is the best way to achieve it.

Participants, who will be divided into groups with the assistance of the curator, will spend time brainstorming in the library, buying ingredients in the wet market, and cooking their very own dishes in the kitchen. Cook-munication is not about how well you can cook. Sharing with others and being inspired are all that matters.

Taste Library holds a collection of three thousand books covering food related topic, including recipes from around the world, let us be the tourist guide to show you all the delicious food of different countries! The theme of Cook-munication II is "Southern France", do join our event to feel the southern French style from the food together!
