Please fill out this form to register your fruit tree, orchard or farm. For fruit trees, we require a lot more information to help us plan out the harvest - please give us as much detail as possible!
If we are able to schedule a harvest with our picking program, OFTP volunteers will pick the produce and donate it to local charities.
