Over the past 6 months, Neopets users have been encountering many issues with the paid aspects of the site: Neocash and Premium.

Since this has been going on for quite some time, we are hoping to gain a better sense of what issues still remain today. The Editorial has said countless times that the issues are being fixed, but we still see the complaints from time to time.
