Use this form to let us know of your intention to complete a project for the STEM/Maker Faire to be held May 5, 2016.  Projects will be dropped off on Wednesday, May 4th at HCS in order to be evaluated prior to the event.  Group projects can use a single entry form.

Special Considerations
