HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS), an in-house training and staffing arm of HCL aims to enable fresh graduates and engineers to launch successful careers in Information Technology. Towards the same, HCL TSS is hiring Engineers / Graduates of 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 batch as per eligibility criteria outlined below.

HCL TSS offers LEAP  - LEARN TO EARN ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

HCL TSS LEAP is a six-month, full time, residential training program which addresses critical skill required for desired transformation from student to a working professional. Students pursuing LEAP can fast-track their careers by specializing in SAP, Business Analytical Skills, Application Support & Maintenance, Testing and Networking & Infrastructure Management. This six months program comprises of three months on-campus classroom training which is followed by three months intensive on-the-job training. While the classroom training is conducted at HCL’s state-of-the-art campus in Manesar, Gurgaon; on-the-job training is conducted at HCL Development Centers spread across Delhi - NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.                                                    
Job Description :

§  Designation Offered: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee  

§  Stipend: INR 5000 per month during the on-the-job training (OJT) phase

§  Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi - NCR

§  Salary: Immense earning potential with a starting annual salary of INR 2 Lacs p.a.

§  Networking: CCNA

§  Windows: MCSA

§  Testing: ISQTB

§  Linux: RHCSA

Eligibility:

§  BE/ B. Tech (CS/ IT/ EC/ EE) or B. Sc / BCA

§  M. Tech / M. Sc (CS/IT/EC/ EE) or MCA

§  55% and above in X and XII

§  60% and above in graduation or equivalent degree

§  No standing back papers

Program Fees: On selection, you are required to pay INR 1,50,000 *(INR 50K towards seat confirmation and INR 1 lac on the day of joining) at the start of the training program. Remaining fees of INR 50,000* will be deducted from your salary in 15 equal installments when you start working with HCL. Total fees is 2 lacs plus service tax i.e. 2.28 lacs.

Loan Facility:

HCL TSS has partnered with AXIS Bank, on student loans. You will only be required to pay INR 50,000 (25% of the Course Fee) and remaining amount of INR 1.50 Lacs can be availed through Loan by the bank.
