Judges should arrive by 7:45 am

You are receiving this e-mail either because you expressed an interest in helping with the George C Marshall High School 2016 Science Fair, or because you judged or volunteered in some other capacity sometime over the past few years.  We would love it if you would consider participating again this year!  
Schedule: (Subject to change)

7:30-7:45 – Judges meet in the new Lecture Hall, room C113, for coffee and light breakfast.
8:00 -- Judges receive instructions in C113.
8:30 – 9:45 – First round of judging
9:45 -- 10:15 – Return to C113 for break and discussion of projects.
10:15 – 11:30 - Second round of judging
11:00-12:00 – Science Fair is open to parents and other visitors.
11:30 – Judges return to C113 for lunch, if desired.
1:30 - 2:30 – Awards ceremony – Auditorium (judges need not be present)
