This form is to be completed by theater designers of all types interested in presenting at the StageSource Job Fair 2016.

Date: February 20th
Time: 11am-3pm
Location: Back Bay Events Center

Depending on the response, designers will have between 30 minutes and two hours to present their portfolio on half of a long rectangular table. We will be informing attending organizations of the schedule and ask them to take frequent walks to the portfolio presentation area to review portfolios.

Portfolios should:
*be Self-contained (i.e. if you have a visual component on a laptop, please make sure your battery is fully charged as an outlet is not provided in the presentation area
*be Quiet or contain little noise (if you are a sound designer, please provide headphones)
*be High-Quality (You will be presenting to professional theater producers, so be sure what you're presenting is the best it can be!)
*have your contact information on them (or you should have a business card to present).

Spots will be assigned as soon as possible and we will make every effort to contact EVERYONE by Wednesday, February 17th to confirm assignments..
