Award Eligibility:
Player is expected to be one of the top returning regional players next year and possibly win the ITA Regional Championship event but has not yet won this event or won an ITA National event.
Players must have been ranked nationally, or if the region does not have a candidate who has achieved a national ranking, must have been ranked regionally.
This award cannot be received by the same individual in multiple years.

Selection:
ITA Regional Awards Winners are selected by ITA Regional Committees.
ITA National Awards are selected by the ITA National Awards Committee, which is comprised of one representative from each Region along with the Chair and Associate Chair of the DI Operating Committee
