Shipping providers are constantly keeping us on our toes with changes! We have figured out a few things and will always contact you if we see a way to better save on your overall costs :)

Keeping Each Box at or under 44lbs of combined product and this will avoid "Overweight" fees from FedEx and save over $30 on shipping!

This 44lbs could consist of any product selection below and will be the best price/lb on shipping expenses :)

Shipping less than 40lbs in a container is not advised as this will increase thaw in transit unless 2 day Express shipping is selected (this is usually a costly option and not something we advise using if possible)

Placing Orders & Shipping Days

Frozen Shipments are mailed on Monday or Tuesday of each week.

Orders must be placed and payment processed by Thursday prior to shipping for processing.

These dates allow us for invoicing, payment and packaging of your orders in time to ship. We do not ship later in the week to avoid a shipment becoming stuck somewhere over the weekend. We will let you know if we can ship your order earlier but these are our "regular" shipping days :)

We ship orders in formed Styrofoam containers with 1.5" walls. Save them for traveling or camping - these are wonderful insulators! You may even be able to sell them locally. You can also return them to us in usable condition for a credit on your account - we love to recycle!

Some thawing on the exterior of a shipment is to be expected (mostly with longer transit times or in summer months) all food will still be very cold and mostly frozen. Place order in freezer upon arrival or take the opportunity to portion and re-freeze when your shipment arrives!

Red Angel Raw Prey Model Ground Food Selections

Our "Prey Model" Grinds all contain Muscle Meat, Edible Bone & Organs selected from a single protein source in portions reflecting the Prey Model style of raw feeding. You won't find Chicken Bones in our Beef Mix!

We use USDA inspected and passed grocery grade human quality food ingredients intended for your dinner plate in our formulas. Our Grinds are processed in a USDA/FDA dual inspected facility specializing in high quality people food. No meat rejected from the human food chain. NO denatured meats! NO additives!
