NJIT FRESHMAN PLACEMENT TESTING REGISTRATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS- Spring 2021
Congratulations on your acceptance to NJIT for Spring 2021! The Office of Placement Testing is excited that you will be joining us! Our goal is to make sure you are placed in the courses that are commensurate to your level of preparation and career goals.

Due to the precautions being taken by NJIT because of the Coronavirus, you will be taking the test remotely (from your home).

You are required to take both the Math and English placement tests (No exemption from English will be granted regardless of TOEFL or IELTS scores). It is strongly recommended that you prepare for the Math placement test by reviewing the various topics/materials and sample test accessible on the NJIT Placement Testing website at https://www.njit.edu/studentsuccess/test

Please note: The start time for the test will be at 3 PM EST on the day you choose. You will have to complete the test within 24 hours. The test will close at 3 PM EST the next day.

You will receive an email with your username/password to login into the test and step by step instructions prior to your test date.

Students who require accommodations for testing should not fill out this registration form but immediately contact Ms. Chantonette Lyles in the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services (OARS) at: chantonette.lyles@njit.edu or oars@njit.edu.
