The Punta Gorda Caravan typically takes place on the second Thursday of
most months, as indicated on the schedule above. This caravan covers homes and
condos located south of the Peace River/Charlotte Harbor and west of I-75,
including areas such as downtown Punta Gorda, PGI, BSI, Seminole Lakes, and
Burnt Store Meadows. If there is enough interest in other areas, like the
Eastern HWY 17 corridor and the Southern Burnt Store Road communities, we will include
those areas as well.
Joining the Punta Gorda Caravan is an excellent way to receive valuable
pricing opinions, property feedback, and marketing tips from other professional
REALTORS® in the area. This information is invaluable when discussing the
marketing of your sellers' property.
If the top of the form indicates that the next tour is "OPEN,"
please complete the following registration form. However, please note that
space is limited. If the top of the form indicates that the next tour is
"CLOSED," that means the tour is full, and you will need to wait
until the next scheduled Punta Gorda Caravan to register.
**Feel free to register for the NEXT caravan as of the date for the current caravan -
Simple Rules -
- There is only "ONE" listing per licensed agent in "FULL" caravan attendance!
- The property must also be
ACTIVE on the MLS at tour time in order to be included.
