Half the money generated from pre-roll advertisements on the Vlogbrothers YouTube channel goes to Partners in Health, one quarter goes to Complexly's new and developing educational video projects, and the other quarter goes into a fund that will be used to help creators make  online educational/informational/super awesome projects.

By filling out this form, you are applying to be one of those creators! Please answer the questions fully and with as much detail as possible. You don't need to be a U.S. resident to apply; we accept worldwide proposals. We will reach out to you if you're selected. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applicants, we can't provide individual feedback on submissions.

And just a heads up, if we select you to be a recipient of money, we'll require a W-9 from you and will report annual payments made to you on a 1099 at the end of the year. It's up to you to work with a tax professional to make sure any funds we give you are reported correctly. If you are a resident of a country other than the USA, we will require a brief form and, depending upon where you live, we will work with you on specific issues relating to tax treaties between our two lovely countries.
