Milton Academy's Community Service Program has been offering volunteer opportunities for students, and support for local nonprofit organizations, for more than 20 years. We are beginning a comprehensive assessment of the impact of our work, for all constituencies: student volunteers, partner service sites, and our Milton community as a whole. We are interested in learning about your experience with the program. We appreciate your time, consideration, and honest feedback so that we can continue to strengthen our work. We understand that, as an adult, your role in the program may be direct or indirect. Please answer survey questions as you can and simply skip questions that are not applicable to you.
