Creative Momentum project is inviting the companies from creative sector to participate in the workshop Creative Steps 2.0 in order to gain a competitive advantage in the international market. The workshop will take place during May, 2016. The Creative Steps 2.0 concept matches emerging creative talent with the existing businesses and public services needed to create new outcomes. Student teams help companies in development and innovation work. Participation gives excellent possibility to your business to try out something new with another company, which will be extra value to both of your business!

About

Creative Steps 2.0 (CS 2.0) is a creative process of workshops that aims to support the development of an existing product or service or to create completely new idea for your business. CS 2.0 is an intensive 10 day process for you and selected student team. You can decide how much you want to participate in the process. CS 2.0 is step-by-step path with the set of creative tools in which you and your international student team will work on a business idea/product/service and bring it to the new level.

CS 2.0 process

Two selected companies are matched together. They will define the case they want to work on and assigned team of international students will work on this case during 10 days of intensive structured workshop process guided by the experts. You will participate online in some of the phases of the CS 2.0 or as much as you are willing and prepared to work to help your team. At the end of the workshop new project/service/business idea and it´s prototype is presented.

Benefits

Participating in CS 2.0 workshop will give an opportunity to innovate and look at your business idea/product/service from completely new and unusual perspective. The final outcome of the CS 2.0 workshop is a new product/service/business idea. You get the help from international students and you get new international partner.

If you wish to apply and be a part of Creative Steps 2.0 innovative process for product/service/business idea development, then please answer the following questionnaire!

The innovating workshop is free of charge to the company. The teachers of the workshop Creative Steps 2.0 are Ms Anitra Arkko-Saukkonen and Ms Anzelika Krastina (Lapland University of Applied Sciences, Lapland UAS). Lapland UAS is one of the partners in the Creative Momentum -project.

Open call for companies in Finland is 8.-30.3 2016 and call for companies in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Sweden will be 1.-15.4 2016

The Creative Steps 2.0 workshop will take place 18/5 - 1/6 2016.
