A full days use of our amazing facilities will cost you just £10 per person, which if you join as a member can be refunded off your membership fee.

Sessions all last about half an hour, start at 10am and finish by 4pm, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

All participants must be able to swim at least 25m in light clothing.

We have wetsuits and buoyancy aids for juniors and adults so all you need to bring is swimming clothing (for under the wetsuit), old trainers (that you don't mind getting wet) and a towel for changing after. Sun cream is highly recommended
