2022 Programs Registration will be available in January 2022     Registration for Franklin Farm's One-Week Summer Programs
To register, submit this form electronically, by USPS mail or email. You will receive an email confirming availability for the program.  Payment of $200 ($175 sibling discount price) is due within two weeks of confirmation or sooner if date is noted on email.  Once payment is received  (by PayPal or by US Mail) , your child is officially registered for the program.  Please use a separate registration form for each child.  All checks (Payable to HMFFPA) MUST have the first and last name of each child, as well as the name of the Program (Pond Science or Farm Science) and the Date of the Program, so we can match it up with your application.

Insurance:  I understand that although the Historic Metcalf-Franklin Farm Association and Town of Cumberland are sponsors of the program, it does not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with this program which results from causes beyond the control of, and without the fault of negligence of the organizations.  For your security, it is recommended that you obtain your own insurance or determine whether your existing insurance will protect you and your belongings. Release:  I release and waive, and further agree to indemnify the Historic Metcalf-Franklin Farm Association, it’s volunteers, the Town of Cumberland and the RI Food Bank, their agents and employees from and against any and all claims which I, any heir, guardian, executor, or assign may have for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of, during or in connection with participation in the program or the rendering of any emergency medical procedure or treatments, and any related expenses, if any.
