Thank you for your interest in Horace Porter School PLUS Program.

Please fill out the following questions and share your completed application with Becky at uconn.co.hpplus@gmail.com by Wednesday, February 4th, 2015 by 5 pm. I will be reviewing applications as they come in so please submit your application as soon as possible so I can schedule an interview by Saturday the 17th.  Late submissions will be accepted on a need-basis.
