1. Please fill out the below If you are a prospective freshmen student and are interested in attending Junipero Serra High School for the 2016-17 school year. A member of Serra's admissions staff will be in contact.

2. If you completed the HSPT exam at another location, send your results to Serra via email (tstafford@la-serrahs.org) or mail (Thomas Stafford, Admissions Director, RE: HSPT Scores, Junipero Serra High School, 14830 South Van Ness Avenue, Gardena, CA 90249).

3. A payment of $25 is due on or before the day of the mutually agreed upon test date. Cash, check and debit/credit card are accepted. To pay prior to the test, visit the Serra' Main Office between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

4. All materials will be provided for testing. No cell phones or electronic devices are allowed during testing. Testing will last approximately 3 hours.
