Please answer the questions below, submit this application, and send a high-resolution photo, preferably a head shot, via email to info@prairiefood.coop. Your answers and photo will be shared with all Owners in the online ballot. Applications must be received by April 30, 2015. Are you a Prairie Food Co-op Owner? If not, you must sign up at prairiefood.coop before applying to run for the Board.

There are six (6) director seats up for election in 2015. The term for each elected director will be three years. All candidates are  encouraged to attend a Board candidate informational session on Saturday, April 11 at 1:30 PM at the Helen Plum Library.
