K–12 e-Learning Program Survey
We invite you to participate in the annual State of the Nation: K-12 e-Learning in Canada research study.  The study began in 2008 and documents the state of Canadian K-12 e-learning (online, blended and distance education).  We need your involvement to assist us with this research.  

Below you will find ten questions about your program offerings.  The information provided will be used to augment information collected from your provincial Ministry of Education and posted on the State website.

Please note, for the purposes of this survey e-learning is defined to include all forms of K-12 distance and online education (i.e. correspondence, videoconferencing, and online learning), as well as identified instances of blended learning where at least some portion of education is provided in a face-to-face setting.
