Please fill out this form if you would like NHS members to help tutor you with schoolwork.  We will be meeting Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 to 3:45 in Room 502 upstairs in the high school.  We might be able to extend the time slightly, if needed.  However we cannot go past 4:00 p.m.  You may fill out this form multiple times, so it isn't necessary to fill in all the weeks the first time.  We hope that this is helpful, and we are excited to begin tutoring!
