Regardless of your ratings, what are a few things that you could suggest as improvement items for this past weekend that would improve future meeting weekends like this. *

There was discussion at the end of the meeting about the process of reviewing bids and selecting a vendor to act as the tour operator for our council trips. One of the outcomes of that discussion was that all vendor proposals would be distributed to the council 7 days before the meeting. Aside from that change do you have any more feedback on this matter? Please respond to the following.

Aside from the changes to vendor proposal distribution I don't see a need for additional changes.

I would like to see the process improved further and offer my concerns and suggestions below.
