Shalom for the Soul: Jewish Wisdom for Stress Management
We might be busy, productive, and creative, but we also struggle with our every-day emotions, unhealthy behaviors, and a lack of balance in our lives.  When extra stresses are added—how do we manage our stress?

This six week course will provide a framework to help us cope with these struggles, taught by someone who has both personal and professional experience with family crisis and stress management.  

Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m., starting January 6.
