This is a survey to gather information about communication, interest areas and parental engagement at the school. Results of the survey will be shared with the administration, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) board and School Improvement Team (SIT) to understand how to engage parents in the Ephesus community. You can keep your responses anonymous though we would like you to share your name if you have an interest to share or so we may follow up with you.
