STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARDS: Outstanding Student Organization Award
The Outstanding Student Organization award recognizes a campus organization whose members have proven their dedication to improving the Newark campus community.

Criteria:

The nominated student organization must be registered and approved by the Office of Student Life.

The nominated student organization must have initiated and completed active programming on or off campus during the current academic year.

Application Requirements: Submission of this application and a recommendation letter from a faculty or staff member or fellow student. 

NOMINATION DEADLINE: March 20, 2024.

Recipient receives: An increase of $50.00 in the funds provided by the Office of Student Life for the upcoming academic year.

Provide the name of an advisor to the nominated student organization along with his/her email.
List of Organization Activities *
Provide a listing of the programs, events, and projects initiated and completed during the current academic year. Include the name of the program as well as any pertinent dates and locations.
Recommendation Letter *
Application requirements include one (1) recommendation letter from a faculty or staff member OR a fellow student. (Does not have to be lengthy, but does need to include enough information for the committee to fully weigh the nomination).
