CCS Health Sector Resourcing (HSR): Customer Input
This survey seeks input from potential customers to inform the approach to the proposed HSR framework procurement. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is developing a new commercial agreement to replace the existing health agency, non-clinical and bank staffing agreements which expire summer 2019. HSR will provide a vehicle to source clinical and non clinical temporary staff and will also seek to provide a commercial route for new resourcing approaches and models, including permanent recruitment, joined up bank and agency solutions and tailored resourcing approaches.

The purpose of this survey is to give CCS an opportunity to gather the latest market insights and customer feedback on the proposed HSR scope, model and structure.
