Involvement Fair 2015
Please complete the following application in order for your department/organization to participate in the Involvement Fair on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015 from 2:00-4:00pm in the Capitol Room, Duke Ellington Ballroom, Promenade Lounge, and Art Gallery Lounge. All rooms are located in the Holmes Student Center.

To complete the registration process, student organizations must provide a cost center number on the application or bring a check/cash to Student Involvement & Leadership Development in the Campus Life Building, room 150. All checks must be made payable to Northern Illinois University. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT. We will not accept any payment if you have not registered your department/organization. If you are an NIU department, you do not have to pay a registration fee.

Typing your name below indicates that you understand and agree to the following:  From April-June 30th, the registration fee is $10.00 to participate. From July 1st-July 31st, the fee is $15.00 to participate. If you register in the month of August, the registration fee will be $20.00. This fee is non-refundable. Registration closes on Wednesday, August 19th at 8:00am. Check-in will begin at 1:00pm (TENTATIVE) on Sunday, August 23rd at the front desk area of the Holmes Student Center. Which room your table is located in will be assigned by SILD.  Your table will need to be set up by 2:00pm or risk forfeiture. Tables must be staffed by a member of the sponsoring organization/department from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. Masking or painter’s tape are the only types of tape allowed for use on the tables. No other types of tape, paint, or ink may be used on the tables.  Your organization/department is responsible for any damages to tables/chairs used at this event. A confirmation email will be sent during the week of August 10th. It will include detailed check-in instructions and finalized times for the Fair. *
