Hello and welcome to Ruskin LUG's 3rd LEGO Challenge!

Ruskin LUG (Lego User Group) is designed to be a fun, interactive and collaborative community which centers on sharing and displaying the creative young minds at Ruskin.

Our December Show will take place on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10 to celebrate the theme of "America," in honor of the Presidents' Week, and "Love," in celebration of Valentine's Day. Appropriate MOCs (My Own Creations), another name for any Lego created display, may include snow scenes, winter holidays, Star Wars-related displays, etc.

4:20-4:30 p.m. - SET UP
4:30-5:30 p.m. - SHOW
Immediately after the Show - TEAR DOWN

You have the option to sign up for  a Winter scene,  a Star Wars scene,  OR  both a Winter AND a Star Wars scene (total of two MOCs).

Like previous Challenges, we will have FREE contests and prizes open to ALL!


RULES (for now):
1)  Any student interested in participating must complete this Google Form.
2)  All MOCs must be 100% Lego bricks or items. This includes Lego Duplo, Lego Juniors, Lego Friends, etc.
3)  The MOC CANNOT be larger than 32 studs by 32 studs (basic baseplate like this one: http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Green-Baseplate-10700) and taller than one foot high.
4)  Participating students must be present 30 minutes prior to the show to set up, stay throughout the show and be present to "tear down" their MOCs no later than 15 minutes after the show's end.
5)  A parent or guardian must accompany the participating student to the show.
6)  Participating students (and/or parent/guardians) must stay with their MOCs to answer questions or explain how they built it.
7)  If you don't want any damage or missing pieces, STAY WITH YOUR MOC!
8)  Ruskin staff reserve the right to forbid elements and/or scenes if deemed inappropriate. So keep it "clean", if you know what I mean!

Please note: Ruskin will NOT providing any Lego bricks; you must use your OWN for this challenge!
