提交網上報名表格 (請確保填妥所需資料) 及繳交報名費。
Submit the enrollment form online and pay entry fee.
Please make sure all information is filled in. Any incomplete form may not be considered.

報名形式為先到先得。若於截止報名日期前額滿，本公司將終止報名而不另行通知。
Entry is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Mills Limited (the "Company") reserves the rights to close entries before enrollment deadline without notice when the entry quota is full.
3.
本公司不接納提前或逾期報名。
Early and late enrollment will not be accepted.
4.
成功報名的參加者將收到正式的確認通知書 (電郵形式)。
An OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent to the successful applicants as confirmation.
5.
參加者請細閱以下所有內容及細則。
Applicants should read the below rules and regulations carefully.
6.
所有已繳的報名費用概不退還（額滿除外），亦不得轉售。
All paid fee cannot be refunded (except when entry quota is full) nor delegated to others.
備註Remarks:
如有爭議，本公司擁有最終的決定權。The Company reserves the rights of final decisions of the event in case of dispute.
如中、英文版本的內容有爭議，則以英文版本為準。
In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English version, the English version shall prevail.
