Please fill out this form if you are:
- A GROUP of  individuals WITH a site to cleanup, garden, or do habitat restoration
- A GROUP of individuals who would like to ADOPT a new site
- A GROUP of individuals who is looking for needy site to HELP at

If you do not have a site, feel free to contact lynn@pacificabeachcoalition.org to discuss options and needy spots that your group will enjoy first and then fill out this form.

*If you are an individual or family planning to help at one of the beaches or at an already coordinated site, go back to our website and fill out the Earth Day online waiver form.
