As I apply to be a member of WSC staff, I am aware that this means that I have surrendered my life to Christ and I have a living relationship with Him. I am, to the best of knowledge and ability, living a life that reflects the fact that I am a follower of Christ. I understand that the WSC staff community is a community of people who have dedicated their lives to know and to love God and their neighbor and strive to make that a reality in their lives in every way possible. By applying I am choosing to be a part of that community. I am also committing to attend the WSC training camp.

Staff Screening and choosing:
1. Read the application carefully

2. Contact the reference

3. If you’re an old staff member, then we get back to your

last year evaluation

4. If you’re a new staff member, then we sometimes call for

an interview

5. We reply back based on the role you chose, the approval

of your reference and the availability of camp.

6. Expect a reply during the last week in April and the first

week in May by e-mail.

7. All Staff members should be present during the training

camp and training days unless there is an emergency. Please

state the reason.
