  1. Performers: Assisting the lead performers' coordinator with organizing performers, making sure all needs of performers are met, and making sure program is moving along smoothly. (This position includes time commitment prior to the show) [ONLY FOR JAZZ HANDS CONCERT]
  2. Vendors: Assisting the lead vendor coordinator with organizing placement and needs of vendors. [ONLY FOR JAZZ HANDS CONCERT]
  3. Hospitality: Assisting with seating, greeting, sign in sheets. [ONLY FOR JAZZ HANDS CONCERT]
  4. Staging: Assisting the stage manager with set up and break down of stage equipment, lighting, sounds, etc. [ONLY FOR JAZZ HANDS CONCERT]
  5. Exhibition: Assisting the lead exhibit coordinator with making sure that food and beverages are displayed appropriately, and in a timely manner; and making sure that food and beverage sponsors have all necessities. [ONLY FOR JAZZ HANDS CONCERT]
  6. JHMA: Assisting with jam sessions and performing in the community with students (great for vocalists, instrumentalists, etc).
  7. Join A Committee: Join an event planning committee or the parent ambassador committee
