Athlete Questionnaire
The following questions are designed to get a sense for athletes' feelings regarding points of conversation on the 2016-2017 USSA Congress agenda, to be discussed on May 14th.  This should only take five minutes, and is incredibly important as we move forward.  This is the best way that I see to accurately represent the general consensus of ALL athletes regarding important topics to US skiing. Responses are anonymous.
