osu!mania 7K World Cup 2016 - Map Suggestion Form
Hello! This form can be used to suggest maps to be chosen as mappools for the upcoming osu!mania 7K World Cup.
Please keep in mind that the map MUST be uploaded to osu! itself.
No Double Time picks, this is only for freemod.
Autoconverted maps from osu!standard are not accepted.
IIDX songs are not accepted.
Maps converted from other games (BMS, O2Jam, etc.) cannot be considered.
Maps with inappropriate content cannot be considered.
Finally, the map suggested must be 7K only.

Every suggestion will be checked and considered provided it follows the basic guidelines above.

Difficulty Name *
Input the name of the difficulty you suggest to be used here.
Difficulty Star Rating *
Input the star rating of the difficulty you want to suggest here. (Although star rating won't be considered too highly when picking the mappool, it's nice for us to have a rough estimate on the difficulty of the map.)

Input the link to the mapset on osu! here.
Stages for the map to be used
Here you can select which rounds you believe is appropriate for the map you suggested. This isn't required, but it helps us a lot! You can choose more than 1 if you are unsure.
