1818 Library Visit Request Form
Use this form to request a visit to Pius Library.

Maximum number of students is capped at 30 per visit. No exceptions. If you are bringing more than 17 students, we will need to split them between classrooms, and thus we require another supervisor from the high school to attend.

Please note: Date and time are not guaranteed until confirmed by a librarian.
