The Petaluma Community Guild Membership requires all new applicants to fill out an application, answer a few questions and provide your membership fee ($35 for individuals, $70 for families) via the PayPal buttons on the bottom of our home page.

To pay new member dues by check, come to a meeting or send a check to:

In presenting this application, I am influenced by no motive other than a desire to unite with others in elevating and advancing the interest of my community through the principles of the Guild and receiving in return such benefits and advantages as may accrue to all who belong to the Guild. I promise a faithful compliance with the By-Laws of this Guild, and the Constitution and By-Laws of the California Guild. I have not previously applied to membership in this or any other Guild within the past six months. *
