The Petaluma Community Guild Membership requires all new applicants to fill out an application, answer a few questions and provide your membership fee ($35 for individuals, $70 for families) via the PayPal buttons on the bottom of our home page.
To pay new member dues by check, come to a meeting or send a check to:
