15W Project Leader Interest
SFER Dartmouth will now be operating under a “Project Leader” model, where general members can volunteer to spearhead smaller projects each term that interest them.

There is no limit on the number or scope of a Project Leaders project...we have a few suggestions for project’s we’d love to have this winter that we are searching for Project Leaders for, but if you have an idea that you want to implement, whether it be one event or a new initiative, we want to help you make it happen!

Expectations for Project Leaders:
-attend general meeting at beginning of term with all Project Leaders
-work closely with and communicate with Chapter Leader to implement project
-remain in line with SFER national policy goals
-complete project by end of term
