TSCHAA Membership Application 2016-2017
$20 Membership includes accountability for the current school year (May 2016 - June 2017), emailed acceptance letter, emailed membership cards, monthly newsletter, phone/text/email support, and an option to join an online support group.

$25 Membership includes everything that the $20 membership has PLUS a laminated family member card.

***TSCHAA offers a discounted membership price of $15 during the month of May and June.***
