This form is intended for Students who are interested in living at University Village Walking Stick Apartments for the 2015-2016 Academic Year
The application will be submitted and based on GPA, class standing and the number of available units will determine individuals who are selected to live in Walking Stick.
Important Information:
*Groups of 4 will need to fill out the application, 1 individual will be termed the "group leader" and will be the main contact for questions.
*Groups of 4 may consist of 4 males, 4 females or 2 females and 2 males
*Each group will indicate who will be assigned to bedroom A, B, C & D
*Bedroom A & B are on the lower level and share a bathroom
*Bedroom C & D are on the upper level and share a bathroom
*Restrooms must be shared by the same gender
*If selected to live in Walking Stick Apartments each individual will be required to pay a $100 restorative fee that is non-refundable. This fee goes toward the cleaning and maintenance of each apartment
* If selected, each individual will be required to sign a binding academic year housing agreement
*Move-in date for Walking Sticks will be August 22, 2015
*Move-out date for Walking Sticks will be May 7, 2016
* University Walking Sticks Apartments will follow the same vacation schedule as the Residents Halls

*Special permission may be granted to stay over breaks through Residence Life and Housing
*Submitting an application for University Walking Sticks does not guarantee placement
*Applicants will be notified April 27th, 2015 via email if they have been selected to live in Walking Stick Apartments
*Students in University Village at Walking Stick Apartments are NOT required to select a meal plan
