SVBC is in no way responsible for any content shared under the Program. SVBC makes no representations or warranties about such information, including without limitation the accuracy, conditions, suitability, or safety of any bicycle route shared under the Program. By checking the box below, I indicate that I have carefully read and agree with the above. I am aware that my bicycle use involves the inherent risk of injury or death to myself and others, and I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for all such risk. I understand and agree that my use of any information I obtain under the Program is purely voluntary. I hereby agree that I bear the full and exclusive responsibility for checking the local riding conditions before I embark on a ride; for evaluating the accuracy, conditions, suitability, and safety of any bicycle route I decide to use; and for operating my bicycle at all times in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. I hereby release and discharge SVBC, its directors, officers, employees, or agents from any liability in connection with my participation in the Program, including without limitation my use of any bicycle route information.
