Pitch Details:
Every business has a story to tell; it is critical to be able to deliver a concise elevator pitch to investors, partners, or customers.  The SpazzFest Pitch Competition provides an open venue to pitch your business idea for prizes, practice delivering your pitch, and to learn and network from other early stage entrepreneurs.

The competition is open to anyone; both individual and team entries are allowed.

Entries are due by Sunday March 13th.  Finalists will be notified by Monday, March 14th and will be invited to participate in the Final Event where they will give a live pitch.  The event will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Crave Uptown

All finalists will give a maximum, live 3-minute pitch of their idea. Don't miss out on this fantastic networking opportunity and the chance to win money for your strong communication skills!  

Winners are awarded CASH PRIZES.  Entries must answer the four key questions:  
- What is the problem you are trying to solve?
- How are you solving the problem?
- Who are you solving it for?
- How is your solution different from what is already available?

- College - Open to any age college student at any business level ($1000- first place)
- Open -  Everybody, any stage of business
($1,000- first place)
-       Youth - High school and younger
($500 in prizes available)

($500- vote by attendees))


Pitch Time:  A maximum of 3-minutes will be allowed for a single Elevator Pitch. Presentations will be stop-watched and presenters will have a digital clock countdown for a real-time reference.

For the pitch: No A/V equipment admitted. Prototypes and props welcome.
