Kindergarten Child Find for 2015-2016
Please list on the form below the names of any children (friends, neighbors, or relatives) who will be eligible to enter Clinton Prairie Elementary school next fall for the first time as a kindergarten student. The child must be five years of age on or before August 1, 2015. A legal birth certificate will be required from the Board of Health of the county in which the child was born.

Kindergarten Round-Up is Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 9:00-5:00. A parent meeting for parents and students will be held on Thursday, April 9 @ 6:00 p.m. More information on round-up will follow when we have a tentative list of names.
