PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cheque, money order, email transfer or via pay pal.

Cheque and money order can be mailed to:
“Due to a possible Canada Post strike,” we are no longer accepted cheques or money orders by mail.  We will remove this
once the threat of strike has ended.

Full payment is due within 48 hours of registration for paypal & e-transfer.  Full payment is due within 7 days for mail.  We will send you confirmation of your table once payment has been received.  Payment can be made by E-Transfer, Paypal, Money Order or Cheque.  If you are paying by cheque please understand that your table will not be confirmed until your cheque is cleared.  A $30 fee for NSF Cheques will be issued.

10X10 foot space - $450
*If a second booth is booked for the SAME company - $400
Booths include 10x10 feet of floor space, dividers between vendors that outline your floor space, one table and two chairs.  All Booths except 29-37 have a corner spot.  Power includes 2, 110V plug ins.

TABLE
8x5 foot space - $275
*If a second table is booked for the SAME company - $225
Please note table spaces are limited and do not include curtained dividers between vendors.  You receive one 8 foot table and two chairs.  Power includes 2, 110V plug ins.

CRAFT TABLE
8x5 foot space - $175
*If a second table is booked for the SAME company -$125
Small independent, craft companies
Please note table spaces are limited and do not include curtained dividers between vendors.  You receive one 8 foot table and two chairs.   Power includes 2, 110V plug ins.

EXTRA END SPACE (to be added to corner tables)
4x5 foot space $75
No table or chairs provided
It allows for a corner space on the group of tables.

REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be issued in writing, by facebook message or by email message before the below dates.  No substitutions or exceptions will be accepted.
Cancellations received before September 18th, 2016 will be refunded 50% of their cost.
After September 18th, 2016 no refund will be given.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Exhibitors are required to set up displays so walls, ceilings, and floors are not defaced.
You may not have your display outside of your designated area. One table and chair will be supplied per exhibit space. Exhibitors are responsible to supply their own table covers, table skirts, stands, and extension cords if plug in is needed. Power:  2, 110V plugs are included.  If you require more power please contact GoodKey.

Internet is available through our provider at an additional cost.  This provides a password for 2 devices to use the internet in the building.  Sometimes Shaw customers are able to access internet in the building but it is not guaranteed.

We provide one lunch and parking pass per vendor.  We do not include an extra lunch or parking pass with additional booths or tables.  You may purchase extra lunches or parking passes on the form.

Please do not dismantle your table or display before the end of the event. If you need to leave earlier, please make sure you have someone to take over your table until the end of the show.  There will be a 2 year penalty for anyone leaving the show early, where the vendor will not be allowed to register.

Only one vendor per company will be allowed at the show, and will be offered on a first come first serve basis, unless the coordinator feels it is necessary to do otherwise.  Only one company per booth/table space reserved will be permitted.

Red Deer Christmas Show, nor its organizers, are responsible for any loss to Exhibitor’s property arising by means of fire, theft, water damage, vandalism, or any other cause whatsoever. Exhibitors must protect themselves against any loss or damage through their own insurance policies if they feel it necessary. Any damage done to property owned by Westerner Park will be the responsibility of the vendor who imparted the damage.

We will be handing out swag bags to the first 100 costumers.  This is optional, but very strongly encouraged.  Bag stuffers can be anything promoting your business. Examples could include pens, pamphlets, business cards, samples, coupons, and gift certificates. All 100 bag stuffers do not have to be the same.  This is included as part of the vendor package at no extra fee.

FOOD EXHIBITORS
Please make sure you have permission from your company, and/or the required documents from your health inspector. No open flame cooking of food is permitted on site.  Please follow guidelines provided by Alberta Health Services and have all forms completed at the show.  Hand Wash Stations are required for all food samples.  Food Vendor must be set up at least one hour before the show starts.
