Here's how it works:
Once you submit this form you will receive a Paypal Invoice based on the membership type you are gifting. Once the invoice is paid you will receive a printable PDF certificate with the recipients name on it. The official membership packet will be mailed to the recipient in the spring. We will reach out to the recipient after the holidays (January) to confirm mailing address, chapter, etc.

We will process these as quickly as we can. Please make your purchase by December 17th to ensure you have your certificate before December 25th.

Individual Membership $49 + Paypal Fees
Family Membership $98 + Paypal Fees (Family includes 2 adults/partners & up to 2 dependents under the age of 18)
