PCC 2016 - Star Wars Groups Registration
Please complete the following information to request a discounted pass; EACH PERSON requiring a pass needs to submit a form. Include any children needing free passes in the additional info section.

After completing the form you will be given the link to sign up for your volunteer hours. Discounted passes require two hours of volunteer time per day attending. Failure to show up for your time or leaving your shift early without extenuating circumstances will forfeit the member's right to request discounted passes for future PCCs.

**Please note: Multi-group members may be moved from 501st/RL duty to fill the needs of TDE/Mercs table duty and/or Blast -A-Troop duty**

PAYMENT: Discounted three-day passes are $30 each. Submit your total payment (mark as friends and family) via PayPal to William Holmes at longshot7014@gmail.com. If you live outside of the KC area and need your passes mailed to you, please include your address in the 'write a note' section when sending your payment.
