Sub-Committee Positions
The responsibilities for each position are listed below:
Secretary: Attends executive board meetings and records meeting minutes, take attendance at each board meeting and coordinate board schedules, take photos, and manage shifts for tabling events.
Treasurer: Coordinates funding for all SEARCH events. Help preparing paperwork for and managing funding. Records expenses and help estimate event costs and other budget related tasks.
Publicity Chair: Responsible for publicizing SEARCH events. Tasks include designing and passing out flyers and assisting other members during events. Also manages social media and others way to publicize SEARCH events.
Liaison: Communicates with other clubs on campus. Contacting professionals who could come to speak at events and help out during events.
